Exploring time, desire & energy

In this 67-minute video, we explore time, desire and energy. How can you make the time to do the work? What do you desire to do? And how can you get more energy when you are already exhausted?

Then, in part two, we examine whether our level of conscience affects the amount of energy we can pull from nature. Happy people seem to have lots of energy, and anxious ones, very little!

I think these two videos are the most important in the course so far, and much of what I have been teaching has been leading to this point.

You have come this far with me – so please trust me as I introduce new ways of looking at life that your ego might not (initially) feel comfortable with! 

All I am asking is that you be sceptical but listen anyway and keep an open mind.

I have purposely split this into two sections to suit people’s differing learning modalities so you can watch one at a time or both of them together. The split point between part one and part two is at the 30:24 minute time stamp.

Part two does go into quite a lot of detail about Dr David R Hawkins’s map of consciousness (a copy of the map can be downloaded below). In my experience, understanding how this works is a game changer and was very instrumental in my finding more energy and calmness.

Those of you already familiar with his work may still find my interpretation very interesting so please still take a look, I am not saying that his work is true, but I am saying that this is an interesting model that (regardless of its truth) gives the mind a new way to look at life, communication and calmness – which was very powerful in my recovery!
