What the emotional wellness course is
Through my experience of completely healing myself from anxiety, OCD, and depression, I discovered that our mental health—neurologically, biologically, chemically, and energetically—is far more adjustable and reprogrammable than we have been led to believe, and more than our doctors have been trained to understand.
In this video series, I want to share everything I learned that helped me find calmness and loving self-respect. This journey enabled me to escape the exhaustion of anxiety and the noise in my mind by understanding who I truly am, what I want from life, and how to achieve it.
By examining anxiety from a fresh perspective and addressing the root causes of my issues, I found the answers I needed to change myself. Instead of merely focusing on my mental health symptoms or relying solely on medication, as my doctors had suggested, I chose to look deeper.

From a therapist’s perspective, I am not a fan of online communities for individuals suffering from certain ailments. These groups often consist of people who are themselves struggling and give advice to others in similar situations. They tend to prioritise seeking reassurance or managing their symptoms rather than addressing the underlying causes of their issues.
That being said – in my course, all subscribers have the opportunity to ask me questions beneath each video, guided meditation, or essay. You will also be able to read all the answers—there are thousands! Many participants have shared that this is very reassuring, as it helps them realise they are not alone in their struggles.
