ERP works, and if you are not doing it, this is self-sabotage and if you are doing it and it is not working, then you are simply doing it wrong!

My course deeply explains what ERP is, why you do it, and how to do it.

Put simply, it is by walking towards your fears that they become normalised in your brain (so the story of the fear changes) and with repetition, your body becomes desensitised to that fear.

Using ERP on your life (as well as) on that which you fear

My course goes into a lot of detail about how to do ERP effectively. However, the absolute best way to use ERP is to decide who you wish to become and what you wish to do with your life, then keep exposing yourself to actions that who you wish to become would take and actions towards the intentions you have for your life.

Often, people fail to see that ERP is just exposing yourself to new things in new ways until you get better at them and the fear becomes normalised.

If you think about it, everything you ever did that was new was ERP, your first day at school, your first kiss, learning to drive, and taking exams. You started off not knowing and then got better.

Therefore, to me, ERP includes learning strategies for life, understanding your personality type, getting into relationships, changing your career and a million other ways to broaden your skills to engage with life.

My 5-video iStory ERP Series is included in my course.

Begin The Calmness in Mind Process

Access this video and over 60 others for $15 a month, along with guided meditations and practical workbooks. These are The Chronicles of Common Sense, forged from facing life directly and learning through real-world experience. They guided me out of anxiety, OCD, bipolar depression and crippling self-consciousness — and helped me become more trusting, energetic, optimistic, self-loving and courageous.

This work reaches mind, body and Soul. It gives you the tools to step courageously into the unknown. Knowledge only becomes wisdom when we test it through action. Nature just knows that those who act, adjust, and act again (ERP) will always move further than those who remain stuck in overthinking and worrying.

Thinking is an Inner Reality Imagination. Action is an Outer Reality Event — and once you act, something will happen. The outcome is never fully in your control, but if the action is aimed at what you truly desire, it is always worthwhile.

What is it you desire?

The next action is yours. Take it.

Much love, John
