Please note that I am not a doctor (or a scientist), and everything that I write or say in this website is not medical advice.
The information on this website and in the course I am proposing you subscribe to is simply a record of my personal journey, my learnings to overcome anxiety, OCD and depression (which I did).
Plus, I discovered how to love myself, understand who I really am, what I want from life and some interesting models of how the world might work – and (if you are interested) I’d like to share them with you, so you may help yourself, as I did.
All my work is aimed directly at me! – Twenty-five years ago, I asked the question, “What can I do to help myself – over and above what my Doctors and conventional medication and therapy could offer me?”
And I asked this question because, for the most part, they were unable to explain what my OCD was, how to get rid of it and how I could find more calmness, courage, self-love and not feel exhausted all the time.
Please know that I am not being horrible or disrespectful to Doctors – they were taught what they were taught, and they need to follow the strict procedures that regulate their industry, I was just interested in what they hadn’t been taught and what I could learn (and apply) to help myself.
So, though I am not a Doctor, I am an engineer, so very interested in how things work, especially systems and how they influence, like how our thoughts may affect our emotions and our internal chemistry.
Ironically, I have now worked with hundreds of Doctors and helped them to find manage anxiety disorders and depression and most of them have been in shock that so many of my simple (and common sense) observations about how we humans function were never taught to them, though super effective.
Keep an open mind as I explain to you what I discovered and how you might apply those techniques to your own life.
Plus, keep working with your doctors, too, try everything, and don’t believe anybody. Try everything, and then you’ll know if it works for you (stop believing your brain and get some real-world feedback)!
