We help you (to help yourself) overcome anxiety, OCD and depression through sensible education and self-responsibility to find more happiness, calmness and emotional control. 

We take you on a journey of self-discovery, and this knowledge enables you to break the self-destructive behaviours you may be currently experiencing, allowing you to connect with more self-respect, self-esteem, courage, confidence and direction.

Through the psychology of emotional self-awareness, unravelling your personality type and practical spirituality (non-religious), we uncover the unconscious self-limitations and unhelpful self-beliefs you learned from the people and the events of your life and install new strategies that change how you think, act and feel so that you can become the real you – whoever that may be.

Rather than blindly believing what we are told by parents, schools, universities, scientists, the media and those who govern us – we choose to listen to what they say so no sensible knowledge (and wisdom) is missed, but then go on to test those things out in the real world to see if they are true.

What we found was very interesting and has become the core of the self-help course we hope to sell you, as well as the basis of the therapy and advice services we provide.

We explore what you can do to help yourself and, where possible, retrain your brain and body so the incredible chemistry set you are can be used more effectively and the wonders of the brain and imagination can be orientated to work for you rather than against you.

In many cases, we have had to use metaphors and stories from our real lives to explain certain perspectives and how we believe things function because (as you are aware) any narration that opposes the mainstream ‘science’ is being slowly blocked away from public consumption.

We hope to offer you common sense and deeply intelligent new perspectives and techniques (based on our extensive experiences and real-world experimentations) so you may benefit from what we learned and apply it to your life.

You don’t have to be a genius to know that we humans are all different, so to imagine that psychology (or even medicine) is a science is a little naive.

If one person takes a pill and something happens, but another takes it, and nothing happens – then this is not science, it is a pseudo-science as it is not repeatable.

Therefore, we believe the missing link is held in seeing ourselves as energetic, biological creatures living in an energetic environment of many differing conditions, some good and some bad.

Our thoughts, who we hang out with, how we feel about ourselves, what we eat, the work we do, and a thousand other factors come together to give us our current life experience. Some of these things we can control, others we are at the mercy of, so what we aim to teach is to influence that which you can to be in your favour, accept the things you can’t change and move away from that which you can’t accept (where possible).

We teach you how to make your Inner Reality as nice as possible – and desensitise your body so it feels calmer and more secure, regardless of what might be happening in your Outer Reality, where you have much less control. 

Then, we help you decide who you wish to become and what you desire to do with your life and use those actions that need to be completed to facilitate this change as the basis for your ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy) – where you expose yourself to that which will improve your life and Prevent your Responses (thoughts and feelings) from stopping you taking action.

 We offer sensible help for those who wish to help themselves and just need the right tools to make that happen.

If what we are saying upsets you or flies in the face of your beliefs, that’s fine; we won’t argue with you or try to change you, it just means we are not the right people for you (or, maybe you are not quite ready to hear what may turn out to be the truth?)

Either way, we send you love and hope you find more calmness, self-love, courage, and direction.
